ساختمان مسکونی 51 اثر رضا عبادی

محله‌ی نارمک یکی از محلات تهران با بافت ارزشمند است که در دهه‌ی 30 توسط فرانسوی‌ها طرح‌ریزی شده است. در این طرح 100 میدان سرسبز ایجاد شده است که واحد همسایگی خوبی در خود شکل داده است.
ساختمان 51 در ورودی یکی از این میادین قرار دارد. روزی که این پروژه به دفتر ما ارجاع شد و کارفرما در حال توضیح محل پروژه در این میدان بود، ما را به یاد ساختمان دو طبقه‌ی ارزشمندی که در ورودی دیگر این میدان قرار گرفته، انداخت و با توجه به این ساختمان محل پروژه در میدان 51 برای ما تعریف شد. ساختمان آجری دو طبقه که یادگار معماری با ارزشی از دهه‌های گذشته است، اولین نقطه‌ی مشترک مورد بحث ما با کارفرما بود. شکافی در میان توده و ترکیب ساده‌ی حجم‌های آجری و حیاطی در میانه‌ی ساختمان ویژگی‌هایی بود که کیفیت بی‌زمانی را رقم می‌زد که باعث ثبت آن در ذهن ما شده بود.
حفظ و تداوم این ویژگی‌ها در معماری مسکونی معاصر با تمام محدودیت‌هایی که ضوابط ساخت‌و‌ساز شهری و حداکثر تراکم در این گونه ساختمان‌ها همیشه مورد چالش است؛ مسئله‌ای بود که در شروع طراحی این ساختمان دستمایه‌ی تفکر اصلی قرار گرفت.
قرارگیری ساختمان 51 در گوشه‌ی جنوبی میدان باعث ایجاد سه‌ نما با ارزش‌ها، منظر و نورگیری‌های متنوع بود سطح زیاد ساختمان و هماهنگی بین آنها مسئله‌ای بود که ما را به انتخاب مصالح آجر از همسایه‌ی قدیمی که در آن‌سوی میدان بود معطوف کرد. آجر صرف نظر از جنبه‌های فرهنگی و ارزش‌های معماری بومی، انتخابی بود که بتوان با هزینه‌ای به نسبت قابل قبول تمامی نماهای اصلی و جانبی پروژه و مشاعات داخلی آن را به وحدت زیبایی شناسانه‌ای برسانیم.
سادگی با حفظ تنوع در بافت و سایه روشن‌هایی که به وسیله‌ی آن ایجاد شد راهکاری بود برای پوشش سطوح مختلف ساختمان. هرجا که توانستیم شکافی بر روی جداره‌ها ایجاد کردیم و سطوح ساختمان به حجم‌های کوچک‌تر که روی هم سایه می‌اندازند تقسیم شد. بازشوها در نماهای مختلف به فراخور دید و نور مناسب ایجاد شد و بوسیله‌ی شبکه‌های آجری نور آفتاب در فضا‌های داخلی تلطیف شد و حضور آجر از روی نما به فضا‌های داخلی کشیده شد.
تمام این‌ها تلاشی بود برای تداوم آن ویژگی‌هایی که کم‌کم در انبوه ساخت‌و‌ساز بی‌هویت شهری به دست فراموشی است.

Narmak is one of the most valuable neighborhoods in Tehran, which was planned by the French in the 1930s. In this plan, 100 green fields have been created, which has formed a good neighborhood unit.
Building 51 is located at the entrance of one of these squares. On the day when this project was referred to our studio and the client was explaining the location of the project in this square, reminded us of the valuable two-story building that is at the other entrance of this square and according to this building, the location of the project in Square 51 was defined for us. The two-story brick building, which is a valuable architectural relic from the past decades, was the first common point discussed with the client. A slit in the mass and the simple combination of the volumes of bricks and courtyard in the middle of the building were the features that marked the timeless quality that made it record in our minds.
Preservation and continuation of these features in contemporary residential architecture with all the restrictions that urban construction rules and maximum density in such buildings are always challenged was an issue that was the basis of the main idea at the beginning of the design of this building.
The location of building 51 in the southern corner of the square created three facades with various values, views and lighting. Large area of the facades of the building and the harmony between them was the issue that led us to choose brick materials from the old neighbor across the square. Regardless of cultural aspects and native architectural values, brick was a choice that could bring all the facades of the project and its internal commons to an aesthetic unity with a relatively acceptable cost.
Simplicity by maintaining diversity in the texture and the bright shadows created by the brick was a solution to cover the different areas of the building. We created slits on the walls Wherever it was possible and the aeras of the building were divided into smaller volumes that cast shadows on each other. Openings were created in different facades to provide adequate light and visibility, and the sunlight in the interior spaces was refined by brick grids, and the presence of brick was extended from the facade to the interior spaces.
All this was an attempt to continue those features that are slowly being forgotten in the crowd of identity less urban construction.
