ساختمان مسکونی اَفــــرا اثر محمد ریحانی‌شرق، علیرضا مدرسی، علی سویزی

در پروژه‌ی افرا سعی بر ارائه‌ی درست‌ترین پاسخ به محیط اطراف به همراه بالاترین بازخورد در تعامل با اتفاقات پیرامونی برای ساکنین بنا بوده است. پروژه، تک بنا و به بیانی اِلمانی به حساب می‌آید که در عین الگوسازی، در مقیاس محله تلاش دارد تا بیشترین دیالوگ را با وضع موجود برقرار کند، چرا که با توجه به موقعیت قرارگیری و اشرافیت از بلوار اصلی می‌بایست منظر شهری را از یکسو و آرامش و حریم درونی را از سوی دیگر برای ساکنینش فراهم کند.
سیالیت فرمی که در نگاه اول جلب توجه می‌کند، نظام قاعده‌مند و مدولار فرم را به موجودی زنده مبدل می‌سازد که می‌تواند حرکت کند، راه برود، فیگور بگیرد و در عین آراستگی و با حداکثر هارمونی با محیط نابسامان اطرافش رفاقت کند. و همانطور که سر جایش نشسته و با همسایگان دیرینه‌ی خود مشغول گفتگو است، سری به سمت خیابان بچرخاند و نگاهی به عابرین در حال رفت و آمد بیاندازد و در حافظه‌ها ماندگار شود.
انعطاف‌پذیری در فضای داخل شامل مبلمان‌پذیری فضا بر اساس نیاز مخاطب، سادگی و ابهام، سادگی در عناصر سازنده فضاها تعریف می‌شود و در فضایی مثل آشپزخانه، محرمیتی که نیاز به کشف کردن را با نوعی ابهام از فضای پذیرایی به دنبال دارد را رقم می‌زند. به بیان دیگر دیدن و دیده نشدن از نمای پروژه آغاز می‌شود و تا فضای داخلی و روابط بین فضاهای همجوار ادامه دارد.
– چالش بین بستر و موضوع سکونت موقعیت مکانی > فاصله حداقلی تا خیابان اصلی > حواشی و چالش‌هایی که به همراه دارد
– بافت و همجواری > بناهای قدیمی‌ساز با ارتفاع کوتاه و فاقد معماری ارزشمند> اولین بنایی که در این بدنه‌ی کوچه ساخته شده
– مبلمان و سبزینگی > بافت سبز حداقلی >تک درخت افرا در همسایگی
– دید و منظر > بام‌های آشفته و راسته پر رفت وآمد خیابان > اهمیت دیده شدن و ایجاد ارزش برای دیدن

In this project, an attempt has been made to provide the most accurate response to the surrounding environment along with the highest feedback in interaction with the surrounding events for the residents. Considering its location and nobility from the main boulevard, it should provide a city view on one side and peace and privacy on the other side for its residents. At first glance, the fluidity of the form transforms the regular and modular system into a living being that can move, walk, take shape, and at the same time beautify with maximum harmony with the chaotic environment around it, and as it sits in its place and with its ancient neighbors. They should turn their heads towards the street while talking and look at the passers-by and it will remain in their memories.

Flexibility in the space, furnishing the space according to the needs of the audience, simplicity and ambiguity, simplicity in the elements of the kitchen space, and the privacy that follows the need to discover with a kind of ambiguity of the reception space.
Seeing and not being seen starts from the facade of the project and continues to the interior space and relationships between neighboring spaces
