سایت این مجتمع در قسمت جنوبی ایزدشهر در زمینی به مساحت 2500 متر‌مربع واقع شده است. خواسته‌ی کارفرما طراحی 5 واحد مسکونی و یک واحد تفریحی و فراهم نمودن مکانی جهت رفع نیاز‌های زیستی، فارغ از دغدغه‌های محیط شهری در این مجموعه بود. تاکید ما توازن میان معماری و محیط و پیوند محیط با فضاست که با درک پیام بستر خود شکل می‌گیرد. نور، سایه و فضا در کنار فرم‌های ساده و خوانا اولیت طراحی مجتمع است. طراحی مجموعه در بر گیرنده‌ی میزان تراکم بنا، دسترسی‌ها و نسبت آنها با یکدیگر، جنس مصالح، ترکیب احجام و فرم‌ها، سازماندهی فضایی، همجواری بناها با هم، خط آسمان و بسیاری مسائل دیگر بود. ولی موضوع حائز اهمیت نزدیکی طبیعت با ساکنین بومی است که جزئی از فرهنگ‌شان لحاظ می‌گردد. به طوریکه در مسیر شکل‌گیری و تکاملشان همواره در طبیعت زندگی کردن قسمتی از وجودشان تلقی می‌گردد. از طرفی دیگر با توجه به کمرنگ شدن سرانه‌ی فضای سبز در بیشتر ساخت و ساز‌های سطحی در شهر‌های شمالی وظیفه‌ی خود دانستیم تا با ایجاد زمینه‌ای همسو با اقلیم، علاوه بر رفع نیاز‌های فضایی ساکنین، هویتی سبز بر کالبد بیرونی فضاها ایجاد نماییم و بدین شکل هر اندازه از سطح طبیعت اشغال نمودیم بر روی بام جایگزین گردد.
نحوه‌ی چیدمان ویلاها به گونه‌ای است که هر یک از آنها دارای حیاط خصوصی بدون اشراف به یکدیگر طراحی شده‌اند. جانمایی بازشوها نیز از این قاعده تبعیت می‌کند. تمامی واحدها از سه مکعب با ارتفاع‌های متفاوت از دو و سه طبقه تشکیل شده‌اند. به گونه‌ای که ساکنین به وسیله‌ی سه پلکان، که هر کدام ارتفاع نیم‌طبقه را مرحله به مرحله با گذر از دو حیاط سبز طی می‌کنند تا خود را به بلندترین بام سبز ویلا برسانند.
فضای پارکینگ‌ها در طراحی به نحوی در نظر گرفته شده است که اتومبیلی در مجموعه دیده نشود، که با جانمایی پارکینگ در طبقه‌ی همکف ساختمان تفریحی بدین منظور دست یافتیم. این ساختمان شامل فضای نگهبانی، سوئیت نگهبانی، اتاق مدیریت و فضاهایی جهت ورزش و تفریحات ساکنین مجموعه است. هدف نهایی ما ایجاد فضایی فارغ از هیاهوی بیرونی است تا لحظاتی سبز توامان با آرامش نصیب ساکنین مجموعه گردد، تا با قدم گذاشتن در هر گوشه و کناری چیزی جدید کشف کنند.

The Site of This complex is located in the southern part of Izadshahr on a land with an area of 2500 square meters. The client›s request was to design 5 residential units and one recreational unit and to provide a place to meet the living needs, regardless of the concerns of the urban environment in this complex. Our emphasis is on the balance between architecture and the environment and the connection between the environment and the space, which is formed by understanding the message of its context. Light, shadow and space, along with simple and readable forms, are the priority of the complex design. The design of the complex included building density, accesses and their ratio to each other, materials, volume and form combination, spatial organization, building proximity, skyline and many other issues. But the important issue is the closeness of nature with local residents, which is considered a part of their culture. So that in the way of their formation and evolution, living in nature is always considered a part of their being. On the other hand, due to the diminution of the green space per capita in most of the surface constructions in the northern cities, we considered it our duty to create a green identity on the outer body of the spaces by creating a context that is compatible with the climate in addition to meeting the spatial needs of the residents. The size of the occupied natural surface should be replaced on the roof. The layout of the villas is such that each of them has a private yard without dominating each other. The placement of the openings also follow this rule. All units consist of three cubes with different heights of two or three floors. In such a way that the residents can reach the highest green roof of the villa by means of three stairs, each of which goes up to the height of half a floor step by step by passing through two green yards. The parking spaces are designed in such a way that no cars can be seen in the complex. We achieved this goal by placing a parking lot on the ground floor of the recreational building. This building includes security space, security suite, management room and spaces for sports and recreation of the residents of the complex. Our ultimate goal is to create a space free from outside noise so that the residents of the complex can have green moments with peace, so that they can discover something new by stepping into every corner.
