سایت پروژه به دلیل تجمیع چند قطعه زمین، دارای شکلی نامتقارن است که با توجه به موقعیت قرارگیری از چند جهت دارای دسترسی است. سایت از دو جهت به دو خیابان اصلی و از یک جهت در انتهای یک خیابان بن بست واقع شده است. با توجه به تعدد صاحبان زمین‌ها و خواسته‌ها و نیازهایشان تصمیم بر این شد که با تقسیم حجم در ارتفاع پاسخگوی این نیازها باشیم. این موضوع باعث شده تیپ پلان‌هایی کاملا متفاوت با ابعاد کاملا مختلف در کنار هم قرار بگیرند. نما در این پروژه با توجه به ایده‌ی طراحی و اختلاف ارتفاعی که ساختمان 40 واحدی ب هشت با توجه به تجمیع و تراکمی که نسبت به بافت اطراف دارد، از لحاظ بصری اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. از این رو ترکیب احجام در نما و اینکه افراد ناظر چه برداشتی از این حجم در فواصل مختلف دارند حائز اهمیت قرار گرفت. طراحی نما با دید مختلف از چالش‌های اصلی بود که در این پروژه با آن مواجه شدیم، در عین حال که حجمی منسجم و یکپارچه خلق شد بازشو‌های نما متنوع و به تناسب فضاهای داخلی شکل گرفت. همچنین در طراحی این نما سعی بر این شده که ارتباط فضای داخلی و خارجی قطع نشود. به علاوه به وجود آمدن تراس‌ها و عقب‌نشینی‌ها در نما ناشی از وجود پلان‌های متفاوت و متناسب با نیاز کارفرما است. حجم زمین مجموعه متشکل از تجمیع 5 زمین کوچک‌تر است. مساحت کل زمین معادل 1320 مترمربع، که با توجه به ضوابط شهرداری و نیازها، تصمیمی گرفته شد بنا تقسیم به 2 بلوک ساختمانی و 2 حیاط گردد. سطح زیر‌بنای بلوک A، 225 مترمربع، حیاط میانی 2 بلوک 120 مترمربع، سطح زیربنای بلوک B 615 مترمربع و مساحت حیاط پشتی 315 مترمربع است. در مجموع ساختمان ب هشت، در 10 طبقه، 2 طبقه پارکینگ زیر زمین، 1 طبقه لابی و 7 طبقه واحدهای ساختمان که شامل 40 واحد در متراژ‌های متفاوت است طراحی گردید. حدفاصل بلوک A و B یک حیاط قرار دارد که از هر دو بلوک دید کامل به آن وجود دارد و پله فرار بلوک A به این حیاط ختم می‌شود. برای تلطیف فضا در این حیاط از آب استفاده شده که به هنگام گذر آب، رطوبت و صدای آن این هدف را میسر می‌کند. در این فضا مکانی نیز به عنوان فضای مکث و درنگ در نظر گرفته شده است. تعدادی درخت در بخش شرقی حیاط قرار گرفته تا در مقابل ناظرین علی‌الخصوص از لابی ترکیبی از بازی نور و سایه و آب قرار بگیرد. به علاوه حرکت گیاهان رونده به طور عمودی بر روی دیوارها کمک به افزایش بخش سبز این پروژه دارد.
بلوک B در ساختمان ب هشت بر خلاف بلوک A دارای دانه‌بندی متفاوت پلانی است. این بلوک متشکل از واحد‌های یک خوابه، دو خوابه و سه خوابه با پلان‌های متغیر است که با توجه به نیاز ساکنین تعبیه شده است. در طراحی تمامی این واحدها هدف اصلی جدا کردن فضای عمومی و خصوصی به بهترین نحو ممکن بوده است.

The Site has been made from combination of different little sites and it has an irregular shape. It has access from different sides because of the situation . Site has Access to 2 main streets and from one side it is located at a dead end street .Based on the number of land owners and their needs and wishes we decided to design a volume which responses in height and this was our main issue that we solve it by designing different tip plans with completely different area. Design Idea Based on the Height Difference that Be Hasht building has with the surroundings because of the combination the elevation has an extra importance for us . So , the sight of people from different distances affect the comination of volumes in the elevation. Designing the elevation with different sights was one of the important issues , we tried to design a coherent and integrated volume . Facade openings were designed to fit indoor and outdoor spaces and also we tried to keep the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces . Terraces and retreats on elevation has been made from the change of plans in each level . Volume Analysis The complex land consists of 5 smaller lands . The total area of the land is 1275 square meters which is divided into 2 building blocks and 2 yards according to the municipal regulations and requirements. The base area of Block A is 225 m , the middle courtyard is 120 m ،, the base area of Block B is 615 square meters and the backyard area is 315 square meters. In total, the building has 10 floors. There are 2 floors underground, 1 lobby floor and 7 floors of building units comprising 40 units in different sizes.
The intersection of block A and B is a courtyard with a full view of both blocks and the escalating staircase of block A. Water is used to stylize the space in the courtyard, which allows water and humidity to pass through the water. this space is also considered as pause and delay. A number of trees are located in the eastern part of the courtyard in front of observers, especially from the lobby with a combination of light and shadow and water. In addition, moving plants vertically on the walls helps increase the green area.
Block B in the building, unlike Block A, has a different plan layout. The block consists of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with varying plans,designed to the needs of residents. In designing all of these units, the main purpose was to separate the public and private space as best as possible.
