سرمقاله، مستندسازی آثار شاخص و تاثیرگذار معماری ایران معاصر، شهریار خانی‌زاد
چهارمین کتاب سال معماری معاصر ایران با بیش از یکصد اثر منتخب، شاخص، الگوساز و تاثیرگذار بر زمینه، شهر و هنر و معماری کشور، با همکاری و همراهی بیش از 90 تن از مدیران محترم شرکت‌های مهندسین مشاور، دفاتر معماری، معماران، طراحان داخلی، فعالان حوزه‌ی مرمت و احیا و شرکت‌های صنایع، طراحی و مبلمان و همچنین حضور فعال مشاوران عالی هنر معماری علی خادم‌زاده، سهراب رفعت، سارا رحیمی، الناز رحیمی و رضا مفاخر که در انتخاب آثار باکیفیت و روند انتشار کتاب نقش بسزایی داشتند، منتشر گردید. هنر معماری بدینوسیله مراتب تقدیر و سپاس خود از این عزیزان را به عمل آورده و امیدوار است تا در سال‌های بعد نیز بتواند از لطف و همراهی این هنرمندان عزیز کشور و سایر فعالان این حوزه بهره‌مند باشد.
جا دارد از معماران و طراحان عزیز کشور به جهت خلق آثار شاخص و حرفه‌ای و موفقیت‌های پی در پی در عرصه‌های بین‌المللی تقدیر و تشکر گردد که از آن جمله می‌توان به پروژه‌ی کارخانه‌ی شمیم پلیمر، اثر داوود بروجنی و همراهی کارفرمایان محترم آقایان محمد توکل و احمد شمس با معمار پروژه، اشاره نمود که پس از انتخاب به عنوان ساختمان سال ایران (1399)، در کمتر از چند ماه در بیش از بیست جایزه‌ی معتبر بین‌المللی تقدیر و برنده گردید؛ به همین دلیل پروژه‌ی کارخانه‌ی شمیم پلیمر جهت مستندسازی این افتخارات برای آیندگان، در این دوره از کتاب سال معماری معاصر ایران (1400) نیز مجددا منتشر گردید.
همچنین سپاس ویژه از آقای کوشا داراب‌نیا مدیریت محترم شرکت مبلمان آرویناژ، آقای شهریار شهریاری مدیریت محترم شرکت رونا لایتینگ، آقایان محمد توکل و احمد شمس مدیران کارخانه‌ی شمیم پلیمر و آقای مهدی عزیزی و خانم آزاده رحمانی مدیران محترم شرکت مرانتی (آدلی)، به جهت حمایت، همراهی و مشارکت در انتشار و ارتقای هر چه بیشتر کیفیت چاپ چهارمین دورهی کتاب سال معماری معاصر ایران.
خاطر‌نشان می‌سازد، این کتاب مجموعه‌ای است از آثاری که در راستای ارتقا و کیفیت بخشیدن به فضای زندگی و معماری این سرزمین خلق شده‌اند؛ مستندی از سیر آثار معماری ایران تا همانند گذشتگانی که در این راه تلاش نمودند ما نیز دین خود را به آیندگان ادا نماییم.

Documenting the distinguished and influential works of contemporary Iranian architecture
The fourth Book of the Year of Contemporary Architecture in Iran with more than one hundred influential and distinguished works on art and architecture of the country. It was created with the cooperation of more than 90 managers of consulting engineering companies, architectural firms, architects, interior designers, experts in the field of restoration and renovation of industrial companies, design and furniture, as well as the collaboration of our senior consultants in architecture: Ali Khademzadeh, Sohrab Rafat, Sara Rahimi, Elnaz Rahimi and Reza Mafakher, who played an important role in selecting high quality works. Honar-e Memari expresses its appreciation and gratitude to every one of them and hopes that in the coming years it will be able to benefit from the grace and support of the artists of our country and other experts in this field.
We appreciate the architects and designers of the country for creating outstanding works and their achievements at the international level, including the Shamim Polymer factory project by Davood Boroujeni. We also appreciate the support of clients Mohammad Tavakol and Ahmad Shams that after being selected as the building of the year of Iran (2020), in less than a few months, they won more than twenty international awards. As a result, to document these honors for the future, the Shamim Polymer factory project was republished in this edition (2021).
