گروه رونا از سال ۱۳۸۸ در صنعت روشنایی فعالیت خود را آغاز کرد. با نگاهی مدرنیستی به جریان معماری ورود و از این رو توجه خود را به عرضه‌ی ادوات روشنایی با توجه به عملکرد و کیفیت معطوف کرد.
گروه رونا از ابتدای مسیر تاکنون ضمن موفقیت در تثبیت و توسعه‌ی خود در این صنعت همواره در حال مطالعه و رشد زیرساخت‌های علمی و فنی خود بوده ‌است. همین امر موجب شده تا امروز گروه رونا صاحب شیوه‌ای منحصربه‌فرد در ارائه‌ی تفکر و خدمات باشد که سبک و سیاق پروژه‌های انجام شده توسط این گروه گواه این مدعاست.
گروه رونا در بطن فضای معماری نه فقط به مثابه‌ی تامین‌کننده بلکه در مقام مشاوری صاحب اندیشه در کنار کارفرما و حتی طراحان گام بر‌می‌دارد و در ارائه‌ی خدمات نه فقط به مثابه‌ی فروشنده بلکه به‌ عنوان طراحی مجرب به باز‌تعریف ارزش‌ها و کشف ظرفیت‌های روشنایی فضای معماری می‌پردازد.
گروه رونا در سال‌های اخیر همواره در تلاش بوده تا از جریان تکراری حاکم بر حوزه‌ی روشنایی خارج شده و خود مؤلف جریانی معاصر و غالب در این زمینه باشد. این گروه در ضمنِ فعالیت تجاری خود با سرمایه‌گذاری و حمایت پلتفرم‌های مختلف دیزاین، در ایجاد مسیری «سریع» و «صریح» برای دستیابی به جریانی «اندیشه محور»، «آوانگارد» و «خلاق» در صنعت روشنایی کوشیده است.
گروه رونا در راستای تحقق این اهداف در سال ۱۳۹۹ همکاری با گروهی از طراحان (استودیو هامون) را به‌ صورت تخصصی آغاز کرد تا به جای قدم برداشتن در راهی از پیش تعیین شده، خود مؤلف جریانی معاصر باشد.

Rona Group has started its activities in the lighting industry since 2009. With a modernist perspective, it incorporated to the architectural field and therefore focused its attention on the supply of lighting devices according to performance and quality.
Rona Group has always been studying and growing its scientific and technical infrastructure since the beginning of its path, while succeeding in stabilizing and developing itself in this industry. This has led Rona group to currently have a unique way of presenting the vision and services. This claim is evidenced by the style of the projects that carried out by this group.
At the center of the architectural space, Rona Group is not only as a supplier, but also as an expert consultant alongside employers and even designers, and in providing services, Rona Group is not only a seller but also an experienced designer, redefining values and discovering the lighting capacities of the architectural space.
In recent years, Rona Group has always tried to egress of the repetitive currents, governing the field of lighting, and to become an author of a contemporary and dominant stream in this field. In addition to its business activities with investing and supporting various design platforms, this group has tried to create a «fast» and «explicit» path to achieve a «thought-driven», «avant-garde» and «creative» trend in the lighting industry.
In order to achieve these goals, Rona Group started collaborating with a group of designers (Hamoon Studio) in 2020, to become the author of a contemporary movement, rather than taking a predetermined path.
