باغ ویلای ارکیــــده اثر میلاد شهبازی و سهند منشی

«ارکیده» (orchid) روایتی است از داستان این اثر که در طول زمان اجرا در ذهن طراحان نقش بست. گیاه زینتی ارکیده نمادی از حضور و بلوغ واژگان باغ، باغچه و گلدان است. با توجه به محدودیت‌های پروژه، تبلور این واژگان در فضا و کالبد دارای اهمیت بسیاری برای حداکثر حضور سبزینگی در درون و بیرون بود. فرایند انجام کار همچون خصوصیات ظاهری این گل زینتی، پیچیده و در عین حال توسعه‌دهنده است.
این باغ ویلا نمادی از تحول دیدگاه‌های کارفرما در مورد شکل اقامت خود و خانواده‌اش در حومه کلان شهر اصفهان است. در آغاز تنها در کل محوطه یک اسکلت بتنی در ضلع شمال شرقی به مساحت 60 مترمربع ساخته شده بود. با انجام مشاوره‌های لازم پیشنهاد داده شد که اسکلت اولیه حفظ و در کنار آن سازه‌ی جدید با پیشبینی طبقه‌ی همکف و زیرزمین برای ایجاد فضاهای تفریحی ساخته شود که این خود چالش‌های جدیدی را برای اجرا به همراه می‌آورد (حفظ سازه‌ی پیشین با اتصال به سازه‌ی جدید).
طبقه‌ی همکف فضای کاملی برای اقامت خانواده به همراه برگزاری مهمانی‌های بزرگ شد و از طریق یک دسترسی عمودی (پلکان معلق) به زیر زمین متصل گردید، زیرزمین از محوطه هم دسترسی دارد، طبقه‌ی همکف از دو سمت شرق و جنوب رخ به بیرون دارد و با گشاده دستی بازشوهایی (پنجره) طراحی شد که بتواند نور روز را به تمامی به درون بکشاند و مهم‌تر از آن ارتباط بصری درون و بیرون را به حداکثر برساند. در طراحی نورپردازی شبانه، علاوه بر اینکه نیازهای فعالیت‌های شبانه برطرف می‌شود، برای بهره‌بردار، تجربه‌ی منحصر به فردی را ایجاد می‌کند.
شاخصه‌ی اصلی در محوطه‌سازی، ایجاد تعادل با پوسته‌ی بنا و استقرار اجزای اصلی محوطه مانند استخر روباز، فضای جمعی در امتداد محور ورودی اصلی ابنیه بود. برای استخر روباز سقف متحرک باربری طراحی و ساخته شد که در زمان بسته‌شدن، سقف بخشی از محوطه روباز باشد. مسیرهای پیاده علاوه بر ایجاد حس تحرک و تنوع بخشی به فضاهای محوطه، اتصال مناسبی را با ورودی ابنیه فراهم می‌کند. با ایجاد شیب در مسیرهای حرکتی حس تجربه‌ی به درون زمین رفتن القا شده و چون مسیرها بر اساس دوچرخه‌سواری پیشنهاد داده شده بود. محوطه‌ی باغ ویلا شامل آلاچیق، فضای پارکینگ، سرویس بهداشتی، اتاقک نگهبانی، محل طبخ غذا، آب‌نما، مسیر دوچرخه‌سواری، زمین فوتبال و والیبال، محوطه‌ی بازی کودکان و استخر روباز می‌شود و در میان همه‌ی آن‌ها تا آن‌جا که امکان داشت فضای سبز طراحی شده در نظر گرفته شد. محوطه قابلیت برگزاری انواع مراسم و دور‌همی‌ها را دارد.
در طبقه‌ی همکف با 3 اتاق خواب مستر، کلیه‌ی امکانات اقامت طولانی مدت در طراحی لحاظ گردید و در زیرزمین، استخر بزرگسالان، استخر کودکان، جکوزی، رختکن، سونا خشک و اتاق سنتی قرار گرفت. در معماری داخلی با نگاهی به نحوه‌ی چیدمان فضای سبز محوطه تلاش شد رنگ و بافت این فضا به داخل بنا جاری گردد. انعکاس حضور آب در طبقه‌ی زیرزمین (استخر شنا) با ایجاد یک دریچه‌ی شفاف (شیشه سکوریت) بر روی کف سالن نشیمن طبقه‌ی همکف، به فضای سکونت نفوذ پیدا کرد.

“Orchid” tells the story of this work, which was formed in the mind of the architects during the execution time. The orchid ornamental plant is a symbol of the presence of the words garden, garden and pot. According to the limitations of the project, the meaning of these words was the maximum presence of green space in the building and grounds. The process of doing work, like the appearance of this ornamental flower, is complex and at the same time developing. Development of an initial idea that ultimately creates a work that is unusual in its area and at the same time brilliant (such as the unusual shape and brilliant colors of an orchid flower). In the end, this is an adornment for the employer and the secretary’s district. An employer who accompanied the design group with the development of the initial idea and taught us that every operation requires a high quality of life.
This villa garden is a symbol of the evolution of the employer’s views on the form of residence of himself and his family in the suburbs of the metropolis of Isfahan. In the beginning, only a concrete skeleton was built in the northeast side with an area of 60 square meters. By conducting the necessary consultations, it was suggested to preserve the original structure and build a new structure next to it with the provision of ground and underground floors to create recreational spaces, which brings new challenges for implementation (preserving the previous structure with the connection to the new structure). In the continuation of the project plan, the architects moved towards creating a building with a luxurious area that can provide all recreational and comfort facilities in addition to the possibility of creating long-term stays. Based on this, the outer volume of the building, which is a symbol of stability, induces a sense of invitation and balance in the outer shell with a prominent gable. The ground floor became a perfect space for the family to stay and hold large parties and was connected to the basement through a vertical access (suspended staircase), which is also accessible from the area. The ground floor faces the outside from both the east and south sides, and the openings (windows) were designed with a generous hand, which can draw the daylight inside and, more importantly, maximize the visual connection between inside and outside. In the design of night lighting, in addition to meeting the needs of night activities, it creates a unique night experience for the user.
The main point in the landscaping was to create a balance with the shell of the building and establish the main components of the area such as an outdoor pool, a communal space along the axis of the main entrance of the building.
