Iranian architects have always tried to create a space where they can relax, and they have always needed nature in creating this space. Man›s dependence on nature has been known for years, and man as a biological being is a part of nature, and nature is an objective reality that exists outside of human consciousness.
In the design of this building, an attempt has been made to make the residents experience the feeling of villa houses at a height by creating a micro-climate. In this architecture, due to the presence of open spaces, people can get a correct understanding of nature and then a better understanding of time and the surrounding environment.
One of the prominent features of this project is the gap between the blocks and the creation of a micro-climate, which, in addition to increased interactions between residents, has caused the emergence of frames from the inside to the outside. Access to the lobby is through a bridge that provides the possibility of directing light and natural ventilation to the parking lot.
The height difference created in the units is designed to separate the units, which are simultaneously seen as continuous and separate from each other, and also caused the staircase to become an interactive space.
