پس از کسب موفقیت های اعتباری و اقتصادی ساختمان‌های مسکونی رزلند 1 و 2 از جمله دریافت گواهینامه ی بین‌المللی ISO12006 برای طراحی و ساخت پروژه های مذکور، انجام پروژه‌ی مسکونی رزلند 3 در مجاورت زاینده رود برنامه ریزی گردید.
ایده‌ی اصلی طرح نمای این ساختمان، آینه‌ای است مقابل زیبایی‌های زاینده رود و حاشیه‌ی سبز آن؛ خطوط افقی و موربی که به نرمی به یکدیگر پیوسته اند، بازتابی از امواج لطیف و آرام این رود زیبا و جاویدان است. مهم ترین چالش پیش روی طراحی این بنا غلبه بر محدودیت‌های موجود در خصوص بکارگیری فرم و مصالح در مبحث سیمای شهری خاص شهر اصفهان بوده است.
پرهیز از کاربرد سطوح بسته و استفاده از بیشترین سطوح گشودگی به عنوان مهم ترین اصل در طراحی این ساختمان مد نظر قرار گرفت.
با استفاده گسترده از شیشه های دوجداره‌ی دودی با ساختار (u channel) در نما اهداف زیر پیگیری شده اند:
• پرداختن به ایده‌ی طرح و ایجاد حس آینه ای کلیت نما.
• تامین دید باز و نامحدود به رودخانه و فضای سبز زیبای حاشیه ی آن.
• ورود نور کنترل شده و مطلوب در ساعات روز.
• ایجاد احساس محرمیت و محدود کردن دید از گذر به داخل بنا در ساعات روز.
• ایجاد عایق صوتی مناسب در حاشیه مسیر پر تردد شهری.

After having achieved the credit and economic success of Roseland 1 and 2 residential buildings including receiving international ISO 12006 certification for the design and construction of these projects, Roseland 3 residential project was planned in the vicinity of Zayanderoud River.
The main idea of the building’s facade design is having the mirror in front of the beauty of the Zayanderoud River and its green fringe in addition to horizontal and diagonal lines have smoothly joined together is a sign and reflects of the calm waves
of this beautiful and eternal river. The most important challenge that we faced in the design of this building was overcome the limitations in to use of forms and materials in the unique urban landscape Isfahan municipal laws.
Use the highest levels of openness instead of closed surfaces was considered as the most important principle in the design of the building.
Extensive use double-walled glass with u-channel structure in facade sets the perfect stage for pursuing the following goals:
• Dealing with the idea of design and creating a mirror image in overall view of the building.
• Unlimited wide view to the river and its beautiful greenery.
• Supply of controlled and optimal light in order to enjoy the daylight.
• Create a sense of privacy and limited sight into the building during the day.
• Provide proper sound insulation on the edge of the highway.
