تشکل‌های صنفی مکانی برای ارتقا و پشتوانه ی فعالین یک حوزه هستند، هر تشکل نیز دارای نیازهای کلی شبیه به دیگر تشکل‌ها و نیازهای تخصصی متفاوت می‌باشد. صرافی شغلی بین‌الملی و به واسطه ی نوع فعالیت، متاثر از بازارهای جهانی است. کانون صرافان برای تحقق اهداف در راستای وظایف خود در نظر داشت تا ملکی که ساخت آن به بیش از 25 سال پیش باز می‌گشت را بازسازی و فضایی متناسب با فضاهای مورد نیاز کانون و همچنین ساختمانی در شأن این تشکل مهم فراهم نماید. از این رو بر آن شدیم تا با تبدیل نقاط ضعف این ساختمان قدیمی و فرسوده به نقاط قوت آن، طرحی مناسب تهیه کنیم. ساختمانی سه طبقه با سازه ی دیوارهای باربر که قبل از هرگونه بازسازی نیازمند مقاوم سازی بود، پس مقاوم سازی و طراحی را در یک قاب دیدیم در نتیجه دیواره‌ها با پوشش بتن اکسپوز، جدا کننده‌های داخلی از جنس دیوارهای شیشه‌ای به منظور وزن کمتر و نما به صورت پوسته‌ای برخاسته از زمین در نظر گرفته شد. با این تدابیر امکان توسعه ی ساختمان به پنج طبقه با استفاده از سازه ی سبک LSF محقق شد و طرح پیشنهادی ساختمانی پنج طبقه تعریف شد. به دنبال به تصویر کشیدن ماهیت شغل صرافی و محلی که صرافان در آن گرد هم می‌آیند در طراحی نمای ساختمان از نمودارهای نوسانات ارزی و روزنه‌هایی شبیه به هم روی نما که تا فضاهای داخلی ساختمان نیز امتداد و نشان از همبستگی و تاثیر صرافان در کنار یکدیگر را دارند، ایده گرفته شد. همچنین در بام مجموعه، باغ بام برای پذیرایی در هنگام همایش‌ها و گردهمایی‌ها فراهم گردید و در انتها طرح، صورت کنونی را به خود گرفت.

Trade unions are a place to promote and support activists in one area, each community having general needs similar to other organizations and different specialized needs. International currency exchanges are influenced by global markets due to the type of activity. In order to accomplish its goals, the Salafist’s Association intended to rebuild the property that was built more than 25 years ago and provide this important organization with a space appropriate to the spaces in which it was needed. So we came up with a plan to transform the weaknesses of this old building to its strengths. A three-story building with barrier walls that needed reinforcement before any renovation, so we saw reinforcement and design in one frame as a result of walls with exposed concrete cover, glass-walled interior separators for less weight and The facade was considered as a crust rising from the ground. With these measures, the feasibility of extending the building to five floors was realized using LSF style structures and a five-story building proposal was defined. Seeking to illustrate the nature of currency exchange and the place where money traders come together in designing building facades from diagrams of fluctuations and overlaps that extend to the interior of the building, showing the solidarity and influence of the currency traders. Have each other, the idea was taken. Also on the rooftop of the complex, the rooftop garden was provided for reception at conferences and gatherings, and at the end took on the current form.
