کارفرما برای طراحی ویلا در قطعه زمینی در بابلسر مراجعه کرد و در هنگام بازدید سایت مشخص شد دو قطعه زمین مشابه کنار هم، دو مالک را ترغیب کرده که برای یکی از زمین‌ها طراحی انجام بگیرد و برای صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌ها و سهولت فرایند ساخت، به طور کاملا مشابه در دو زمین اجرا شود. در گام اول اهمیت داشت تا کارفرماها قانع شوند که تکرار یک پروژه بطور کاملا مشابه نه به دلیل شرایط همسایگی متفاوت، شدنی است ‌و نه ایجاد حجمی مشابه خانه‌های ردیفی مطلوب است. در گام دوم، مسئله‌ی پروژه تست کردن فرم‌هایی شد که دو‌ ویلا در عین داشتن بیشترین شباهت (به معنی بیشترین مشابهت کالبدی برای داشتن عملیات ساختمانی یکسان)؛ از بیرون یک کل یکپارچه و هماهنگ درک شوند. از بیرون مخاطب یک پروژه‌ی یکپارچه را درک می‌کند ولی در عمل دو ویلا کاملا مجزا و مستقل هستند. پس علیرغم سفارش ساخت خانه‌ی ردیفی از سوی کارفرما؛ تلاش شد همزمان کارفرما به خواسته‌اش (سهولت عملیات ساختمانی، متره برآورد و خریدهای یکسان برای دو پروژه و کاهش هزینه‌ها) برسد و در عین حال مخاطب به جای درک فضایی دو‌ پروژه‌ی تکراری کنار هم؛ یک کل یکپارچه رو تجربه کند. دید به دریا از از خواب اصلی ‌و فضاهای جمعی بسته، باز و نیمه‌باز فراهم شد و از آن‌ طرف دید جنوبی (به سمت همسایگی) باوجود گرفتن فاصله از مرز زمین و مجاز بودن بازشوها، به نوارهای با عرض کم محدود شد. دو ویلا ضمن عدم اشراف به یکدیگر، دید مزاحمی به همسایه‌های اطراف نیز ندارند. همزمان وجود سطوح بازشو در همه‌ی جهات، امکان گذر نسیم دریا از درون ویلا را فراهم می‌کند. در مورد ویلای غربی، که میان دو همسایگی محاصره شده است، شکافی مابین دو ویلا ایجاد شد تا نور به میانه‌ی فضا برسد. شکاف ایجاد شده فرصتی را برای یک تراس معلق خردمقیاس با دید به دریا نیز فراهم کرد. ترجیح این بود که نور طلوع، لذت خواب را مخدوش نکند؛ پس در برخورد با بدنه‌ی شرقی، اتاق‌ها کاملا صلب هستند ولی به عکس سرتاسر فضای عمومی رگه‌های طلوع را میزبانی می‌کند. پله‌ها در امتداد کف‌های پروژه، تلاش می‌کنند پرسپکتیوهای متنوعی از محیط اطراف و اتفاقات درون ویلا را نمایش دهند.

The client came to design a villa on a plot of land in Babolsar and during the site visit it was found that there are two similar plots of land next to each other, he encouraged the two owners to design one of the plots and to save costs and ease the construction process. to be performed exactly the same in two fields.
In the first step, it was important for employers to be convinced that repeating a project in a completely similar way is not possible due to different neighborhood conditions, nor is it desirable to create a volume similar to row houses. In the second step, the problem of the project was to test the forms that two villas while having the most similarity (meaning the most physical similarity to have the same construction operations); be understood as a unified and harmonious whole from the outside. From the outside, the audience perceives an integrated project, but in practice, the two villas are completely separate and independent.
So, despite the order to build row houses from the employer; At the same time, the client tried to achieve what he wanted (ease of construction operations, measuring meters and the same purchases for two projects and reducing costs), and at the same time, the audience instead of understanding the space of two repeated projects side by side; Experience a unified whole.
The view to the sea was provided from the main bedroom and closed, open and semi-open communal spaces, and from the other side, the southern view (toward the neighborhood) was limited to narrow strips despite the distance from the land border and the openings being allowed. The two villas, in addition to not being superior to each other, do not have a disturbing view of the surrounding neighbors. At the same time, the presence of open surfaces in all directions allows the sea breeze to pass through the villa.
In the case of the western villa, which is surrounded by two neighbors, a gap was created between the two villas so that the light reaches the middle of the space. The gap created also provided an opportunity for a small-scale suspended terrace with a sea view. The preference was that the dawn light does not disturb the pleasure of sleep; So, in dealing with the eastern body, the rooms are completely solid, but on the contrary, they host the streaks of sunrise throughout the public space. The stairs along the floors of the project try to show various perspectives of the surrounding environment and the events inside the villa..
