این پروژه به عنوان یک ویلای آخر هفته برای خانواده ای دو نفره و مهمانانشان در حومه شهر هشتگرد طراحی و ساخته شده است. جهت پردازش ایده طی گفتگوهای مبسوطی که با کارفرما داشتیم چهار خواسته اصلی در طراحی برای تیم ما مطرح شد :

۱. استفاده حداکثری از عنصر آب و توجه ویژه به تاثیر آن در طراحی

۲.  توجه به حریم امن فضای اختصاصی کارفرما

۳. ایجاد بستر مناسب جهت حضور مهمانان در ویلا

۴. تاکید بر طراحی فضاهای متنوع به منظور ایجاد سرگرمی های جمعی

نهایتا بر پایه نیازسنجی صورت گرفته و به واسطه پدیدارهای مختلفی که برآمده از سایت، برنامه‌ها و معماری‌های ویژه (خصوصا معماری ایرانی) هستند، هدف پروژه بر آن شد که ضمن ایجاد تجربه‌های فضایی گوناگون، ویلا به مکان و مامنی تبدیل شود که پاسخی باشد در راستای بهبود کیفیت زیست روزمره انسان در برابر چالش‌های متعدد پیرامونی. چنین هدفی گروه ما را بیش از هر چیز به سمت رویکردی سوق داد که همه سویه‌های ادراکی_معنایی و رفتاری_کارکردی را در تعامل کاربر با فضا درگیر می‌بیند و با ژرف‌کاوی بیشتری به نیازهای روانی و معنایی کاربر توجه می‌کند.

با روی هم گذاشتن این لایه‌ها فرآیند تصمیم سازی ما در این پروژه آغاز و سرانجام گزینه نهایی با رفت و برگشت‌های بسیار انتخاب شد. در این راستا نظام فضایی پروژه با شکل‌گیری حول فضای باز میانی (فضای آب) به الگویی برونگرا_درونگرا رسید. فرمی (U) شکل در پلان که ضمن فراهم آوردن دسترسی حداکثری به آب (مطابق خواست کارفرما) به استفاده‌کنندگان ویلا امکان حرکت و چرخش در فضا و کشف آن را می‌دهد.

خواسته اصلی ما سادگی ، خوانایی و  پرهیز از تظاهر در فرم و مصالح و سعی در ایجاد یک رابطه ملموس بین فضاهای بسته و باز بود. هر چند که با پرداختن به برخی جزئیات از قبیل کاربرد آجر در مواضع خاص، طراحی آبریزها و … بر آن بودیم که امکان تجربه فضا با همه حواس دیداری، شنیداری و بساوایی و در نهایت غنای حسی را فراهم آوریم و بر لایه های ادراکی پروژه بیافزاییم. در تعریف و چیدمان فضایی پروژه، طبقه همکف به نشیمن و اتاق‌های خواب و طبقه اول به حریم خصوصی خانواده تعلق گرفت. در رابطه با فضاهای باز نیز محدوده آب که به میانه فرم کشیده شده است به منظرگاهی دنج و آرامش‌بخش تبدیل شد. از سوی دیگر بام به مدد حریمی که دیوارهای جان‌پناه و پوشش گیاهی ایجاد می‌کند به تراس کاربردی ویلا مبدل گشته است.

This project is designed and built as a weekend villa for a family of two and their guests in the outskirts of Hashtgerd city. In order to process the idea, during the extensive discussions we had with the employer, four main demands in the design were raised for our team:

1. Maximum use of the element of water and special attention to its effect in design
2. Paying attention to the security of the employer’s private space
3. Creating a suitable platform for the presence of guests in the villa
4. Emphasis on the design of diverse spaces in order to create collective entertainment

Finally, it was done based on needs assessment and due to various phenomena that emerged from the site, programs and special architectures (especially Iranian architecture), the goal of the project was to create different spatial experiences, and the villa would become a place and a place that would be an answer in In order to improve the quality of human daily life against many surrounding challenges. Such a goal led our group more than anything else to an approach that sees all perceptual-semantic and behavioral-functional strains involved in the user’s interaction with the space and pays more attention to the psychological and semantic needs of the user.

By putting these layers together, our decision-making process in this project began, and finally, the final option was chosen with many back and forth. In this regard, the spatial system of the project reached an extroverted-introverted pattern by forming around the middle open space (water space). Form (U) shape in the plan, which while providing maximum access to water (according to the request of the client) allows the users of the villa to move and rotate in the space and discover it.

Our main desire was simplicity, legibility and avoiding pretense in form and materials and trying to create a tangible relationship between closed and open spaces. Although, by addressing some details such as the use of bricks in certain positions, the design of drains, and… Add a project. In the definition and spatial arrangement of the project, the ground floor was assigned to the living room and bedrooms, and the first floor was assigned to the privacy of the family. In relation to the open spaces, the water area that is stretched to the middle of the form became a cozy and relaxing landscape. On the other hand, the roof has been transformed into a practical terrace of the villa thanks to the privacy created by the shelter walls and vegetation.
