High-Performance Sports Complex and Manuel Vargas Izquierdo Stadium / CCA | Bernardo Quinzaños
دفتر مرکز همکاری معماری (Centro de Colaboración Arquitectónica) که در سال ۲۰۰۸ توسط برناردو کوینسانوس اوریا (Bernardo Quinzaños Oria) در مکزیکوسیتی تأسیس شد، استودیویی معماری و طراحی شهری است که بهخاطر پروژههای اجتماعیمحور، وضوح سازهای و بیان صادقانهی مصالح همچون بتن اکسپوز و فولاد شناخته میشود. تمرکز اصلی این دفتر بر طراحی فضاهای عمومی و اجتماعی است، با رویکردی که معماری را با بازآفرینی شهری، اقلیمگرایی و پایداری پیوند میدهد. از آثار شاخص این مجموعه میتوان به مجموعه ورزشی چندمنظوره عملکرد بالا و ورزشگاه مانوئل وارگاس ایسکییردو و نیز پروژه اوآخاکا ۸۸ (Oaxaca 88) اشاره کرد که بازتابدهندهی تعهد CCA به معماری بومینگر، فراگیر و بیانی است.
با هدف احیای زندگی عمومی در خالپا د مندس، تَباسکو، یک طرح جامع شهری برای سازمان توسعه ارضی، شهری و روستایی مکزیک (SEDATU) طراحی شد که فضاهای عمومی شاخص این شهر را نوسازی کرد، از جمله پولیدپورتیوو د آلتو رندیمیِنتو (Polideportivo de Alto Rendimiento) و ورزشگاه بیسبال مانوئل وارگاس ایسکییردو (Estadio de Béisbol Manuel Vargas Izquierdo). یک راهروی سرپوشیده این مجموعه را به هم متصل میکند و عبور و مرور ایمن عابران را میان این فضاهای پرجنبوجوش و فراگیر تضمین مینماید؛ فضاهایی که مجموعهای از فعالیتهای ورزشی و تفریحی متنوع را ارائه میدهند. در پولیدپورتیوو، زمینهای ورزشی و فضاهای خدماتی پیشموجود بازسازی شدند و ساختمانی طراحی شد که شامل زمینهای بسکتبال، والیبال و سالنهایی برای تمرین کاراته یا جودو است. همچنین، در فضای بیرونی یک اسکیتپارک و یک زمین بازی کودکان ساخته شد. در خصوص راهحل سازهای بهکاررفته در پولیدپورتیوو، هدف دستیابی به ساختاری سازگار و کارکردی بود. از اینرو، از بازوهای بتنی اکسپوز (cartelas de concreto aparente) استفاده شد که سازهای از خرپاهای فولادی را نگه میدارند. این سازه فضاهای سایهدار و باز ایجاد میکند که به کاربران اجازه میدهد صرفنظر از شرایط آبوهوایی، بهراحتی در فعالیتها شرکت کنند. ورزشگاه بیسبال مانوئل وارگاس ایسکییردو از ده چتر بتنی اکسپوز تشکیل شده که هم از نظر بصری و هم سازهای توسط سریای از کابلهای لولهای کششی پشتیبانی میشوند. این چترها جایگاههای تماشاگران را سایه میکنند و رمپهای جانبی طراحیشده در دو سوی آنها، دسترسی همگانی را برای کل مجموعه فراهم میسازند. کل مجموعه بهگونهای در نظر گرفته شده که خودِ سازه، چهرهی معماری پروژه باشد؛ از بتنی با رنگ نارنجی ساخته شده که یادآور سنگ محلی کانترا (Cantera) در نردهی قوسیشکل مرکز تاریخی خالپا د مندس است. این انتخاب همچنین با توجه به اقلیم منطقه صورت گرفته، چرا که رنگ بتن گرما را بازتاب داده و از تجمع رطوبت جلوگیری میکند. افزون بر این، از نظر پایداری، مجموعه دارای تهویهی طبیعی متقاطع و نیز سیستم جمعآوری و ذخیرهی آب باران است.
CCA | Bernardo Quinzaños
Founded in 2008 in Mexico City by Bernardo Quinzaños Oria, CCA (Centro de Colaboración Arquitectónica) is an architectural and urban design studio known for its socially engaged projects, structural clarity, and honest use of materials such as exposed concrete and steel. The firm focuses on public and community spaces, blending architecture with urban regeneration, climate responsiveness, and sustainability. Notable works include the Polideportivo de Alto Rendimiento & Estadio Manuel Vargas Izquierdo and Oaxaca 88, reflecting CCA’s commitment to contextual, inclusive, and expressive architecture.
With the aim of revitalizing public life in Jalpa de Méndez, Tabasco, an urban master plan was developed for Mexico’s Secretariat of Agrarian, Territorial, and Urban Development (SEDATU), which renewed the city’s most significant public spaces, including the Polideportivo de Alto Rendimiento and the Manuel Vargas Izquierdo Baseball Stadium. A covered walkway connects the two complexes, ensuring safe pedestrian circulation between these vibrant and inclusive spaces that offer a wide range of sports and recreational activities. At the Polideportivo, the existing sports courts and service areas were remodeled, and a new building was designed to include basketball and volleyball courts, as well as rooms for karate or judo practice. In addition, an outdoor skate park and a children’s playground were built. Regarding the structural solution applied to the Polideportivo, the goal was to achieve a coherent and functional system. Exposed concrete brackets (cartelas de concreto aparente) were used to support a steel truss structure. This configuration generates shaded and open areas, allowing users to comfortably participate in activities regardless of weather conditions. The Manuel Vargas Izquierdo Baseball Stadium consists of ten exposed concrete umbrellas, visually and structurally supported by a series of tubular tension cables. These umbrellas provide shade for the stands, while lateral ramps on both sides ensure universal access throughout the complex. The entire project was conceived so that the structure itself would serve as the architectural expression of the design. Built with orange-toned concrete, it recalls the local cantera stone found in the balustrade of the main arcade in Jalpa de Méndez’s historic center. This choice also responds to the region’s climate, reflecting heat and preventing moisture accumulation. In terms of sustainability, the complex features natural cross ventilation systems, as well as rainwater collection and storage mechanisms.
