طرح مرمت یکی از مهمترین پروژه‌های معاصر ایران که با سبک مدرنیسم (نوگرایی)، قدمتی بیش از نیم قرن، و با هدف بهبود فضا، حفظ و تقویت اندام‌ها با سُبک‌سازی و حذف ملحقات گذشته، در شرف احیای عناصر شکلی و فنی موجود، برای تغییر کاربری حیات‌بخش به مجموعه‌ی علمی، فناورانه، خلاق معطوف بوده، که توسط شرکت مهندسین مشاور صحیفه اسکان از سال 1401 تاکنون درحال انجام است. از همان آغاز بر این اندیشه که اقدامات و مداخله‌ها می‌بایست با حفظ و ایده‌ی کلی اولیه بنا در فراگشت از مدرنیته (نواندیشی)، بازگشت به هویت و فرهنگ منبعث از تجارب مرمتی، با احیای خاطرات و ایجاد دگرگونی بنیادی در جهت جاذبه بخشیدن با حفظ اصالت بنا قرار می‌گرفت. تلفیق بتن خاکستری با خاطرات، تعلقات رنگین و زیبای فرم‌ها در جهت ایجاد کانونی فرهنگی، علمی، اقتصادی پیشران، در اوج سرزندگی اجتماعی همسو با شکل‌دهی خاطرات جمعی جدید مرتبط با حافظه‌ی شهری کهن، توسط همکاران با تلاشی خستگی‌ناپذیر در حال بلوغ و ثمردهی است. شیوه‌ی عمل، ضمن سّبک‌سازی، استحکام‌بخشی و مقاوم‌سازی تیم مسئول، با بهسازی بنا، کشف و نگهداری ارزش‌های شکلی و ارتقا آن، در تکامل و تعامل قرار گرفت. در طراحی محوطه نیز با رویکرد باغ ایرانی با تلفیقی از عناصر و مبلمان محیطی و فناوری دیجیتال مدیا، به پیوند ساختمان، پیام‌رسانی و ارتباط با مردم پرداخته شده است. با توجه به پیچیدگی و اهمیت طرح مرمت، این مشاور با بهره‌گیری از بیم (BIM) با نرم‌افزار رویت (Revit) توانست یکی از به‌روزترین و دقیق‌ترین طراحی‌ها را در سطح کشور ارائه دهد.

The Renovation plan of one of the most important contemporary projects in Iran, which is modernism, more than half a century old, and with the aim of improving the space, preserving and strengthening the organs by stylizing and removing the past appendages, is about to revive the formal and technical elements. The existing one has been directed to the scientific, technological, creative complex to change its life-giving use. which has been carried out by Sahife Eskan Consulting Engineers since 1401. From the very beginning, actions and interventions should be carried out by maintaining the basic general idea of moving away from modernity, returning to the identity and culture stem from the restoration experience, reviving memories and creating a fundamental transformation to attract Preserving the originality of the building The combination of grey concrete with memories, colorful and beautiful relations of forms to create a cultural, scientific, economic center of Iran, at the peak of social vitality, aligned with the formation of new collective memories related to the old urban memory, by colleagues with a tireless effort that has growth and rewards. The method of operation, while stylizing, strengthening and reinforcing the responsible team, is in evolution and interaction by improving the building, discovering, maintaining and promoting formal values. The design of the site, with the Iranian garden approach, with a combination of environmental elements and furniture and digital media technology, a connection with the building and messaging and communication with people have been discussed. Due to the complexity and importance of the renovation plan, this consultant was able to use BIM with Revit software to provide one of the most up-to-date and accurate designs in the country.
