طراحی بیمارستان 540 تختخوابی چابهار در سال 1398 طی مسابقه‌ای محدود از شرکت‌های بیمارستانی برگزار گردید. در کنار بزرگان، طرح پیشنهادی ما که مبتنی بر بوم‌شناسی، جامعه‌شناسی، خلاقیت و نوآوری ماورای حل عملکرد‌های پیچیده‌ی بیمارستانی بود، رتبه‌ی نخست را با رای هیات داوران و نمایندگان وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی کسب نمود. ترکیب همکاران عاشق حرفه، جوان و با تجربه توانست موارد بسیار جدیدی را منباب مثال با استفاده از نرم‌افزار‌های نو، ترکیب فرم‌های نما با بهره‌گیری از ایده‌های معماری بومی قدیمی در کنار تحلیل آیرودینامیکی جریان باد‌های فصلی و موسمی را با روش C.F.D شبیه‌سازی نموده، نتیجه‌ای فوق‌العاده را با ایجاد حفره‌هایی جهت عبور نسیم و جریان هوایی مطلوب را برای ایجاد فضای سبز و محلی برای مکث و بهره‌گیری از منظر زیبای دریا ایجاد کند. طراحی پوسته‌ی دوم با الهام از عناصر معماری سنتی که با ایجاد حفره‌های مثلثی نور، حس تعلق ذاتی و همبستگی بیشتر با مردم خونگرم چابهار را رقم زده. در طراحی سایت و دسترسی آن نیز با ایجاد دسترسی مستقیم از شهر و منطقه آزاد، هم‌بندی مناسب با هر دو جاذبه‌های مهم را امکان‌پذیر نمود. حل مسائل چینش تاسیسات چهارگانه در کنار ایجاد بهترین روابط بین فضایی تشخیص، کلینیکی، اتاق‌های عمل و جراحی در پیوند با بخش‌های زایمان، بستری و سایر، دغدغه‌هایی بودند که قطعا در قضاوت فوق می‌توانستند تاثیرگذار باشند، هرچند مشکلات تامین بودجه در حین اجرا موجب کاهش حدود یازده هزار‌متری در بنا گردید، لیکن، تمامی تلاش ما برای حفظ کلیات و ایده‌های اصلی، این طرح را متمایز از دیگر ایده‌ها نمود. این مشاور با بهره‌گیری از بیم (BIM) با نرم‌افزار رویت (Revit)، توانست یکی از به‌روزترین و دقیق‌ترین طراحی‌های بیمارستانی را در سطح کشور ارائه دهد.

The design of a 540-bed hospital in Chabahar took place in 2018, during a limited competition of hospital companies. Along with the elders, our proposed plan, which was based on ecology, sociology, creativity and innovation beyond the solution of complex hospital functions, won the first place by the vote of the jury and representatives of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The combination of professional, young and experienced colleagues was able to create many new cases, for example, using new software, the combination of façade forms with the ideas of the old native mystery, along with the aerodynamic analysis of the flow of seasonal and monsoon winds using the CFD method. Made to create a wonderful result by creating holes for the passage of breeze and the desired air flow, to create a green space and a place to rest and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. . The design of the second shell is inspired by the elements of traditional architecture, creating a sense of belonging and greater solidarity with the warm-blooded people of Chabahar through the creation of triangular holes of light. In the design of the site and its access, by creating direct access from the city and the free zone, it allowed a proper combination with both major attractions. Solving the problems of the layout of the four facilities in addition to creating the best relationships between diagnostic, clinical, operation and surgical rooms in connection with maternity, inpatient and other departments were concerns that could definitely have an impact on the above judgment, although the problems of funding During the implementation, it caused a reduction of about eleven thousand meters in the building. However, all our efforts to preserve the generalities and main ideas made this project different from other ideas. It was always considered. Using BIM with Revit software, this consultant was able to deliver one of the most up-to-date and accurate hospital designs in the country.
